Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Daily Prelims Micro-Test ("the service") is provided by Elogs Technology Private Limited (GSTIN 29AAGCE4229G1ZL), MANYA Hi-Living, No. 104, 1st Floor, Doddathoguru, Electronic City Phase I, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100, India ("we", "us"). By signing in or buying Pro, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.

2. The service

We publish a daily practice test of 10 multiple-choice questions for UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination aspirants, with answers, explanations and leaderboards. The service is for practice only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Union Public Service Commission, and we do not guarantee any result in any examination.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account. One account per person.
• Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on it.
• You can delete your account at any time from My history.

4. Free use and Pro

• Free: each day's test, on that day, with explanations and leaderboards.
• Pro: a one-time pass for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly) that unlocks past tests, unlimited practice retakes and subject-wise analytics. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST.
• Pro does not renew automatically. Buying another pass while one is active adds its days to the end of the current pass.
• Coupons: a coupon code gives a free Pro pass for the days stated. Each code can be used once per person, may have a limit or end date, and has no cash value.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Pro is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed. Refunds follow our refund policy.
• We may change prices or what Pro includes for future purchases. A pass you have already bought keeps what it included when you bought it, for its full term.

5. Fair use

Please do not: copy, republish or sell our questions and explanations; use scripts or bots to take tests or collect content; share one Pro account among several people; try to see answers before submitting, or interfere with the service or other users' results. We may remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that break these rules. If we suspend a paid account without the user breaking these terms, we will refund the unused part of the pass.

6. Content and accuracy

Questions and explanations are prepared carefully from NCERT, official sources and standard references, but mistakes can happen. Use "Report this question" if you find one. If an answer key is corrected, scores for that test are re-calculated for everyone. The questions, explanations and site design belong to us. You may use them for your own preparation.

7. Availability

We aim to publish a test every day, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or delayed. A missed or delayed day does not extend a Pro pass unless we announce it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including any examination outcome.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. We will show the new effective date here and tell signed-in users about material changes. You can stop using the service at any time. We may stop offering the service; if we do, we will refund the unused part of any active Pro pass.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Please write to us first at [email protected]; most issues can be sorted out quickly.
